All our modules come with an automatic installer, but it might not work on some server configurations and when Magento software is customized. To make your experience with AITOC’s extensions simple, we offer paid installation services. If you feel that you might have troubles with module installation, we advise that you order professional installation services before you encounter problems.
To order the service you need to buy it on this page and then create a support ticket. Please make sure you indicate your personal and access information (site URL, admin username and password and ftp account details).
If you purchase several modules from AITOC and wish to have them all installed at once, you only need to buy one installation service. Please note that this only applies to one-time installation. If you have already used one installation for any amount of AITOC modules, then for the newly bought modules you need to order new installation service.
