* Order is placed even if its total is less than minimum total configured with the help of the Configuration > Sales > Minimum Order Amount setting. Fixed
* Sometimes users aren't allowed to place an order under the IE7-8 because of the shipping methods being not displayed after filling in all the required fields of the Billing Information step. Fixed. The bug might be actual for those clients running the Magento with the prototype of the version less than 1.7. To verify it browse for the file /js/prototype/prototype.js, then search for the text "Version" in it.
